Megalodons Swim Team Registration
Swimmer Information Sheet - paper form to be turned in to Coach Jen
You can register your swimmer for the winter swim season in-person at the YMCA after completing the swim assessment and parent meeting at the beginning of the season. If you missed the parent meeting and swim assessment, but would still like to join the team, please contact Coach Jen at jennifer.dillehay@bvfymca.org or Jackie Tellez at jacklyn.tellez@bvfymca.org to determine when your swimmer can be assessed.
To participate, all families must submit:
YMCA Membership and Program Registration (with waiver) - Submit to front desk at the YMCA
Swimtopia Registration
Code of Conduct Acknowledgement - a paper form signed by swimmer and parent - turned in to Coach Jen
Annual Registration Fee - $100 per family (non- refundable)
Covers platform access, coach assessments, team shirt, parent resources, and partial banquet costs. Only charged once annually even if participating in multiple seasons (e.g., winter + summer)
Additional Costs
Championship meet fees (based on events entered)
Invitational meet fees (optional)
Lost team cap replacement: $9 (or use a plain black cap)
Optional team apparel and photo packages - team photo dates will be announced at a later date - stay tuned!
Annual subscription to Meet Mobile (approx. $10, optional) - this allows you to track your swimmer's stats
Refund Policy:
Prorated refunds available only if swimmer attends no more than 2 practices and no meets
No refunds once a swimmer participates in a meet.
